Planning for the future that starts with mission, values and priorities; providing direction through its policies; and making decisions about resources, programs and services that reflect the Board's long-term priorities (CBE, 2025b).

Organizational Leadership / Community

Reflecting the belief that “it takes a whole village to raise a child” (CBE, 2025b, para 7)  and talking to the community about the community’s needs, its youth, and the future .
